Ole Miss guard Aaron Morris, a sophomore from Jackson, is the SEC’s Offensive Lineman of the Week.
Morris helped the Rebels rush for 304 yards and convert 10 of 16 third downs in a 39-0 win over Tulane last week.
The Tulane game marked the second time this season Ole Miss has rushed for more than 300 yards, and Morris’ award is the second this season for an Ole Miss offensive lineman.
The Rebels lead the SEC and rank 11th nationally in rushing offense with 259.8 yards a game.
The league also noted Trae Elston among its “other outstanding performances.” Elston, a safety, had six tackles and a sack in his first college start.
