More from Fayetteville here. At his Monday presser Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze described both Arkansas running backs – Knile Davis and Dennis Johnson – as “home run” threats. Here’s a look back at this summer when Davis described himself as the best running back in the SEC. It’s not always easy to come back from a major injury, and Davis, who missed last season with an ankle injury, has not performed like the best running back in the SEC. In fact, he’s been outdistanced on his own team by Johnson, who has been more productive with fewer carries. …
