Another sad Sunday as a Rebel. Shoulda, coulda, woulda – Ole Miss. It was awesome down there though yesterday. Great food, good folks sitting around us (me too, can’t believe the experience), and an exciting game. Funniest thing I heard as I’m walking out, ” man I needed to get some Christmas stuff done today, I was hoping to leave by halftime.” sorry for the unconvenience was my response.

Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia back in business. It is Possible Notre Dame to remain as #1. FSU in better shape than Gators, I believe the Noles will beat the Gators. Clemson could be the surprise team should it beat Gamecocks. TOP TEN AS OF TODAY:Rank School (record) Points rank votes

PA, can it be determined how many walk-ons are contributing on a routine basis?

I’m just going to put this out there now, so people can see it early. Not that anyone cares, but I willbe picking State this week. Do I want Miss. State to win? Absolutely not. Am I not proud of Ole Miss this season? Absolutely. Do I wish we would have won the 3 games we should have? I’m as sick as anyone, I promise. But let’s all be totally honest, this team has played beyond the talent level that is lined up against it routinely. As many injuries and Nutt recruiting SNAFU outcomes that we have dealt with, the Ole Miss Rebels are a forced to be reckoned with, and I fully believe Coach Freeze has our program going in the right direction. I am an Ole Miss Rebel. And sitting in Tiger Stadium last night and hearing the LSU fans disappointment for the lack of an early exit, made me feel so much better about such a close, disappointing loss. I just feel for those kids, that played so hard to not be rewarded with 3 extra weeks of practice and a Bowl game. Hotty Toddy. Yours truly – Debbie.

Matt I am still hopeful. Freeze gets the egg bowl, Nutt never did which was one of my complaints. After three losses in a row i was never sure why nutt did not get it.
The egg bowl was huge in letting go of both Coach O and Crooms and it did not help nutt that he kepts loosing it even though he was let go before last years game. My biggest concern is a mental wash out. I think if Freeze can get them up they will find a way to win. however both physical and mental fatigue has to be an issue now.
Little talent is there but the big question is if Freeze can get them to compete for 60 mins after such close shots this year in other games
