Highly rated signees aren’t aways a guaranteed success but are a “fair predictor.” A lot of folks are predicting early playing time and big success for OL Laremy Tunsil. All is not well in Tuscaloosa as four Alabama football players have had a run-in with the law. Three were charged with second-degree robbery, a fourth with fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. Details continue to emerge on the arrests. …
SEC baseball coaches have picked Vanderbilt to win the East, Arkansas the West and Arkansas to win the overall crown. Ole Miss is picked fourth in the West, although the way the voting broke down there doesn’t appear to be much difference in the coaches’ minds between No. 3 Mississippi State, No. 4 Ole Miss and No. 5 Texas A&M.
