It seems that the wolves are at the door at MSU. The fans are disgruntled to say the least. They held Oky St. to it’s lowest point total, since 2009, when the Sharfins beat em 21 to 7 in the Cotton Bowl. I don’t get it. Pretty decent showing, I’d say.

SEC Power Ranking #10 Mississippi State (0-1, 0-0):
Mississippi State looked good early but did not play well in the final three quarters of a sluggish 21-3 loss to Oklahoma State in Houston. The biggest surprise: The Bulldogs failed to score a touchdown against a defense that gave up well over 400 yards per game last season. Starting quarterback Tyler Russell was forced to leave the game with an apparent head injury in the second half.

      Next Week: vs. Alcorn State

Other sports events taking place in the Magnolia State other than College Football, a gator landing came in at an enormous 723.5 pounds, beating the state record for heaviest male by 26 pounds.. My dad use to catch catfish in excess of 60 lbs grappling in the Sardis Dam back waters near Abbeville but no Gators, water moccans and rattlers yes, but no Gators.
