Executing and working to improve

From the Mother Ship this morning, execution, particularly at quarterback, has the Ole Miss’ tempo offense really playing well right now. What happens when defense’s catch up? Bo Wallace has an answer for that.

Speaking of tempo offense, by Mr. SEC’s calculations, Ole Miss has the second-fastest offense in the conference. ..

It has been a long, long time Almost a half century has passed since the 1963 Ole Miss football team won the Southeastern Conference Championship, Fifty (50) years, I’ll bet they are no Rebels fans on this blog,, except one (1) that was around in those days. So these new Rebels fans do not know what a winner truly is.I’ll further bet they cannot whistle DIXIE.:-)

I don’t post often, but we must be in the same group ( the retired group). Grew up a Rebel fan. I am so happy with this staff in our football program. Ole Miss will be a winner as long as they play the way they are playing now. And who knows they may even win the west one of these years. A winner plays hard all 60 minutes. That is what these Rebels are doing. I’ll take these Rebels over those great teams of the 50’s and 60″s. I like the way they play for each other.

Mr, Turf Guy wants three things 1. Coach Freeze to leave 2. The harshest sanctions placed on Ole Miss for doing nothing wrong. 3. Constantly try to think up some way to slow Ole Miss down. WELL, None of it is working. He wants this while his crooked MI$$ $TATE DIRTY DAWGS get away with a hand slap for paying players and to just forget about their crooked players taking benefits that were wrong. Also he does not mention the follow up on his crooked dawgs.

You’re losing me with these turfguy references. I know that it’s hard to accept constructive criticism and investigated supposition, but life can be harsh when you’re on the main stage.

JB, there’s no quit in this old wildcat. We learned that from Coach Barnett. He said, “that it was easy to quit, but the reward of perseverance was immeasurable”. He was a great mentor.
