Wallace named to O’Brien list

Ole Miss quarterback Bo Wallace has been named to the Davey O’Brien watch list. The award honors the nation’s top quarterback.

Wallace is among 19 seniors on list that includes 39 players, five from the SEC.

Wallace passed for 3,346 yards, 18 touchdowns and 10 interceptions last year. He was third in the SEC and 26th nationally in passing yards per game at 283.4.

He’s a two-time bowl game MVP and second on the school’s career list for total offense (7,085 yards) and passing yards (6,340).

    If i had a vote it would be definitely for Bo Wallace, he is along the same order as ones I use to root for, Eli and Archie Manning, Jake Gibbs,Norris Weese, JIm Wetherly and I guess Bobby Franklin, they produced winning teams. Bo you deserve that award.
